At PerfectButter®, we provide reliable shipping options to customers within New Zealand (NZ) and Australia (AUS) nation-wide. Our primary goal is to ensure your order is dispatched promptly, with orders made before 12pm NZ time being processed on the same day.

Shipping Costs:

For our valued customers in Australia, we offer two shipping options:

1. Free Tracked Parcel Service (Estimated delivery time: 7-14 business days) for orders over $100.
2. Paid Courier Service (Estimated delivery time: 5-10 business days)

For customers in New Zealand, we offer the following shipping options:

1. Free Overnight Shipping for orders over $60 and under 2kg.
2. Free Economy Parcel for orders weighing over 2kg for orders over $60.

Customs duties & import taxes may apply for deliveries to AUS; customers responsible.

Order Processing and Delivery Times:

Our order handling time is 0-1 days, once your order is dispatched, the delivery time is determined by the shipping method you choose. While we strive to process and dispatch your order as quickly as possible, please keep in mind that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We kindly request your understanding regarding any delays or missed delivery dates that may occur once the item is in possession of the courier.

All customer orders once dispatched will automatically receive the tracking information by email, please check your spam/junk email folder if you have not received your tracking email after 24 hours.

Returns, Exchanges, Damages, and Lost Packages:

Customer satisfaction is paramount at PerfectButter®. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns, exchanges, and repairs for damaged or defective items. Please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate the process.

In the unfortunate event that your order is lost or damaged during transit, rest assured that we will work diligently with the courier to resolve the issue promptly.
