30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: We want you to love your PerfectButter® experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 30 days of purchase for a refund of the product price (less original Shipping & Handling costs).
Return Conditions:
14-Day Arrival Support: Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged in transit or defective, notify us within 14 days of receipt. We will work directly with the courier and provide a repair, exchange, or replacement immediately.
24-Month Manufacturer Warranty: Every Alfille unit is backed by a comprehensive 24-month warranty. This covers any electrical or mechanical faults, giving you total peace of mind for two full years of perfect butter.
Refurbished Product Warranty Information: All our refurbished Alfillé units undergo a rigorous technical inspection and are covered by a 12-month limited warranty. This warranty specifically covers mechanical and electrical failures (such as Peltier plates, sensors, or fans). Please note that as these are refurbished units, the warranty does not cover cosmetic imperfections, minor surface scratches, or aesthetic wear and tear that do not affect the unit's cooling or heating performance.
