How much does it cost to run?
The Alfille is designed for 24/7 use with very low power consumption. It draws approximately 2.2A at 12V (similar to a small LED light), costing only a few cents per week to operate.
Is the power adapter safe for AU/NZ outlets?
Yes. Every unit includes a fully certified NZ/AUS SAA-approved 240V power adapter. Unlike overseas models, ours are specifically tested and legal for use in Australian and New Zealand homes.
Does it fit a standard block of butter?
The removable BPA-free tray is designed to perfectly hold a standard 250g block of butter. For larger 500g blocks, simply slice them in half to ensure the lid maintains a perfect thermal seal.
How do I clean the dish?
The white BPA-Free insert tray is 100% dishwasher safe (top rack). To maintain the premium finish of the outer unit and lid, simply wipe with a damp cloth. Never submerge the main power unit in water.
